All delivery prices are for a maximum of three pounds per location. Please call us at 212.675.4996 for questions about delivery fees and timing of arrival. Please keep in mind that customers are responsible for all charges incurred for errors made when they provide an incorrect delivery address.

Manhattan:
We hand deliver Monday through Friday in Manhattan for $12. Orders must be placed by 3:00 EST the day before you would like them delivered (2 days before in the month of December). Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays. For non-doorman buildings, please be prepared to provide a phone number for the location to confirm that someone will be available to accept the package. Delivery fees will increase for orders exceeding three pounds.

Outside of Manhattan:
We ship via UPS to all other areas. Orders placed by 5:00pm EST will be shipped the following business day (2 business days in the month of December). See our zone chart for pricing and timeframes. Please call for information regarding faster delivery options and pricing as well as specific arrival dates.

We do our best to get every package to its’ intended recipient by the date promised. Unfortunately, there are occasional occurrences that are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and ask for your cooperation by providing us with a full and correct address.
